1. To export to mobile devices : open File > Export > Adobe Media Encoder ...
2. Change the Format to H.264, this is prefered format for most mobile devices .
3. From the preset choose " 3GPP NTSC Source to 176 x 144 15fps " for phones.
4. Hit ok and save the file. the computer starts to render ...
5. ... and exports it to device central and plays it in our selected device (Motorola razer). But there is a problem by this export. There is a black bar all around the screen.To solve this problem go to Device profiles ...
6. ... and find the Display Size of your device.(176 x 220).
7. Go back to your Export setting and change the frame width and height to 176 x 220 and crop the black area around your movie ...
8. ... after cropping ...
9. ... click on the Output tab to see how it is exactly going to look like on the phone.
10. After setting the preset save the preset by clicking on the save preset button and save it as For example ( Motorola razer).
11. Now if you go to Export Settings you will find Motorola razor right at the top of your setting.
12. Hit ok and export it to device central. This time the display format should be ok.
13. to import your 3GPP file into your Phone you will need to have a program provided by your cell phone company. If you did not receive one from them when you purchased the phone, see if you can download it from their website.
