Lesson one: 1. To work with Adobe Flash you need to create a New Document.
2. The created Flash document has three Main parts.
3. The Stage represent the visible area of your project and it is editable.If you don't see the Properties Panel go to Windows > Properties > Properties and open it.
4. From the Menu bar choose File > Save and save your Document as yourdocumentname.FLA FLA ( stands for FLASH) referred to as the project file and you can open and edit it at any time.
5. Now, we are going to use the Drawing and Color Tools to create our First Flash Movie. 1. The Pencil Tool:
6. From the Pencil Options drop-down menu select each Pencil Mode to draw a circle. This will give you an idea how each pencil Mode works.
7. Now you need to know how to modify the lines.
8. After selecting the line you are going to modify the stroke setting. Changing the Stroke Color:

Changing the Stroke height:
9. Now we are going to use Oval and Rectangle Tools In the Toolbar, select the Oval Tool.
10. ... and draw two perfect circles Like the picture below.
11. In the Toolbar, select the Rectangle Tool and draw a noise Like the picture below.
12. Now we are going to use the Brush Tool. This Tool has several painting options, such as paint Normal, paint Fills, Paint Behind,Paint selection and Paint Inside.
13. In the Toolbar, click to select Brush Tool. At the Bottom of Toolbar select a Brush Size and draw a smile on its face.
14. Remember, to modify any segments of your shape just select that part and change the setting in Properties panel. Now we are going to use the Timeline Panel to Create a small animation. Select the Entire shape.
15. In the Toolbar choose Free Transform Tool . Move your cursor outside the lower-right corner of the bounding box, untill it changes to an arrow like the picture below, then click and drag the mouse to resize the shape.
16. Make sure the entire shape is selected. From the menu bar choose Modify > convert to symbol ...
17. Give a name to your Symbol and make sure Movie Clip is selected. hit ok
18. As you may see your Movie Clip is stored in the Library.
19. In the Timeline panel right-click on frame 25 and select Insert Keyframe.
20. change the Position of your movie clip ...
21. ... and click somewhere in the Middle of frame 25 and 1 then, go to Properties Panel and select Motion tween.
22. from the menu bar choose Control > Test Movie .
23. The Flash will save a Movie file (.swf stands for Small Web File ) where you saved your Flash document. The Movie format referred to as the Published file and they are not editable.
