1. Create a New Composition...
2. it is up to you how to set the comp1.
3. Now create a new black solid.
4. it can be the same size as the comp1.
5. while the black solid is selected goto Effect> simulation >Foam
6. clicking "E" on the keyboard will twirl down the Effect property. change the the draft view to rendered.
7. The foams should be looking like this.
8. from the Foam property change "the producer rate" to 10 and "zoom" to 2.
9. Activate the 3d checkbox.
10. Create a New camera.
11. change the preset to 35mm.
12. while the camera is still selected go to Layer>transform>Auto-Orient..
13. and switch off.
14. Now create a New Composition ...
15. Select the Text Tool from menu bar And Write ANIMA.
16. change the Stroke to Black( the white color In ANIMA).
17. Activate the 3d checkbox and copy paste it, then choose ANIMA2 as the the parent of ANIMA.
18. Switch to project panel.
19. Drag comp1 to comp2 and in timeline put comp1 between to solids.
20. while still the comp1 is selected goto Layer> Track Matte > Alpha Matte
21. Switch to comp1's panel in timeline.
22. Right click on solid and goto Effect> Generate> Lens Flare. Switch back to comp2 on the timeline.
23. The final result. you may also animate the Anima2 layer and animate the text around the Yaxis.
